Let me start from the beginning. I suck at writing detailed reviews but let me give it a shot.
I tried to get to the arena as early as possible as I live 2 hours away from there. Fortunately, I arrived slightly earlier than admission time (3.30pm), so I got in line and wait for the doors to open. When the doors are opened, everyone charges towards the arena. Im glad I stayed to the sides or I could have been crushed to death by those damm japanese. I got reserved seatings, thus I have nothing to worry.
As soon as I located my seat, I went to get a drink and locate the nearest toilet. Upon return, I realise someone else have taken over the seat, and then i realise, i was seating at the wrong row. I laughed my head off and walk towards my real seat.
During the wait for Modeselektor to open, many others that got my row (row 18) often get mixed up as the numbers are placed in a f**ked up position by those japs. Then a russian chick came sitting beside me and sooner enough, we became friends. She told me she went for yesterday's concert (Oct 4th) and it was awesome. I asked her about the setlist and she said that FPT/HTDC wasn't played, so I was feeling super elated as I am totally looking forward to those songs.
Modeselektor came out to do their set on 5pm, and ended on 5.30pm. Their show was awesome, but I was hoping for either the remix of skip divided or the white flash but none of them were played. Yana told me Modeselektor played skip divided on yesterday show, damm
.
It was a long and grusome wait for Radiohead to make the stage but when the intro music plays and all lights are turn off, i was feeling nervous and excited, all at a time. Then, when the lights are back on, THERE THEY ARE. THOM, ED, JONNY, PHIL & COLIN are right infront of my eyes.
I never thought I could see them in person. They started with 15 Step and it was brilliant! Followed by Airbag, i was singing with Thom and dancing around my little corner. Everyone around me was dancing and jumping to Thom's voice, it was brilliant. They then played Just and the entire arena roar with excitment. When Just ended, the drums started to be brought in and immediately, I know its There There.
Everyone was clapping to the beat of There There and I can't believe all of them screwed that up.
Hell the light show for Radiohead set alone are worth the money.

Amazing setlist eh? I was praying for HTDC/FPT to be played together in one night because they hardly ever do so and my prayers are answered! In addition, I got LSP and Myxo and Go Slowly and KNIVES OUT!
I was slightly dissapointed that they played Optimistic instead of Morning Bell and Pyramid Song instead of Exit Music, but still, I wouldn't mind them at all.
When Idioteque started playing, we were all doing the thom dance, it was just... magical.
Sooner than I expected, HTDC ended and i was feeling sad that its over that quickly. The bunch of us in my block shouted for a 3rd encore with either The Tourist or Lucky or perhaps True Love Waits, but we were told to quiet down by security, damm.
Also, in the middle of certain songs, we kept shouting for big boots but I guess they didn't heard us at all. One f*g**t around us keep shouting for creep, I wish I could jab him in his face.
When the concert ended, We basically hurried off to get the t-shirts by w.a.s.t.e. I got myself 2 Large T-shirts at around 4000 Yen per piece.
Over and all, I enjoyed myself very much and would give my leg if they come down to Singapore for a concert.
Oh yes, They had a concert today on the 7th October at the Forum in tokyo, and on the 6th October, I swear I saw Thom Yorke. My hotel is located near there, and I think I saw that creepy bastard Thom Yorke! He was wearing shades and a cap, so I couldn't look properly but it definately have to be him across the streets.
